I am an architect-turned-UX designer who swapped buildings for bots. I used to obsess over floor plans — now I obsess over user flows, systems, and making digital stuff feel... human.
I ask too many questions (and that's my superpower)
Curiosity is my thing. I’m always asking why? (and occasionally, why not tho?) — and it helps me design for people in ways that actually make sense. I love building things that work well, feel right, and scale without becoming a mess.
Where I’ve been
Started in architecture, learned to love ambiguity and systems. Fell in love with UX during my final year. Took the plunge with a 6-month course at UX Mint, and since then, there’s been no looking back.
I've worked with early-stage startups, helped shape products from scratch, and scaled design teams from solo to solid.
Currently, I’m a Senior Product designer at Freshworks, designing workflows and AI-powered tools for bots that make customer experiences smarter (and smoother).
