I am an architect-turned-UX designer who swapped buildings for bots. I used to obsess over floor plans — now I obsess over user flows, systems, and making digital stuff feel... human.
I ask too many questions (and that's my superpower)
Curiosity is my thing. I’m always asking why? (and occasionally, why not tho?) and it helps me design for people in ways that actually make sense. I love building things that work well, feel right, and scale without becoming a mess.
Where I’ve been
Started in architecture, learned to love ambiguity and systems. Fell in love with UX during my final year. Took the plunge with a 6-month course at UX Mint, and since then, there’s been no looking back.
I've worked with early-stage startups, helped shape products from scratch, and scaled design teams from solo to solid.
Currently, I’m a Senior Product designer at Freshworks, designing workflows and AI-powered tools for bots that make customer experiences smarter (and smoother).
